How to sign-up
The sign up process is as follows:

In case you're OK with Finnish, please sign up using the link above. Or, in case you are not OK with Finnish, please send email to info@jnbv.fi with the following information:

Your name, email address and telephone number

First and last day that you are able to participate morning training sessions

In case you work during your stay => On which dates you can only attend to training after the working hours.

Check-in and check-out dates & room type and name(s) of your room mate(s) in case you would like to book your stay in Club Kastalia through Jyrki Nurminen Beach Volley Oy.​

In case you are booking your stay in Club Kastalia through Jyrki Nurminen Beach Volley Oy, we will send you hotel reservation information and the invoice for hotel reservation fee after your sign up. Confirm your registration by paying the reservation fee.

Closer to the start of the Beach Camp, we will send you an invoice for your training package. Please note that we will be able to do this only after we have the training groups figured out - most likely at the end of March / beginning of April.

Deadlines for registration

The deadline for early bird registration is Fri, January 23, 2026.
After this date, a €30 processing fee will be added to any registrations.
The deadline for regular camp registration is Fri, March 13, 2026.
After March 13, late registrations will be accepted if there is space available in the training groups and hotel. For late registrations, an additional €50 late registration fee will be charged.
We have a reserved quota of rooms for our Beach Camp participants. Rooms will be allocated to our participants in the order of registration.
Please make sure there is availability in accommodation before purchasing flights!
Also: For late registrations we will need to check the availability of rooms first!

Courts are reserved to JNBC participants only

Please note, that in order to get access to the courts you need to have accommodation at Club Kastalia. Also, the courts are reserved for Jyrki Nurminen Beach Camp participants only. In case you are not interested in training, you can acquire Player Pass, price 50Eur.
Cancellation policy and terms
Training fee
Jyrki Nurminen Beach Camp is not a packaged holiday*
In case you have to cancel your trip due to injury or other medical reason, we will return 50% of your training fee, unless covered by your travel insurance.

In case you are unable to attend the training on site due to injury or other medical reason, we will compensate training fees as follows:

We will return the full training fee for each training session that you are unable to attend due to injury or other medical reason.

In case, due to injury or other medical reason, you are unable to participate the Beach Camp at all after arriving Club Kastalia we will return 100% of your participation fee

There will be no compensation for Beach Camp tournament.

In case you'll have to cancel your trip for any other reason than injury or other medical reason, we will not return your training fee.
Hotel reservation fee
In case you have to cancel your trip due to injury or other medical reason, we will return your hotel reservation fee in total, unless covered by your travel insurance.

*Other important issues
The training fee of Jyrki Nurminen Beach Camp, the hotel reservation fee and baby sitting fees will be sold and charged individually with over 24h between each payment. Due to this Jyrki Nurminen Beach Camp or any of its parts do not form Package Travel or Linked Travel Arrangements (as defined 901/2017, Laki matkapalveluyhdistelmistä). Thus the Laki matkapaveluyhdistelmistä (901/2017) or EU Package Travel Directive are not applicable to Jyrki Nurminen Beach Camp or the relationship between Jyrki Nurminen Beach Volley Ltd and its customers.
Insurance
Jyrki Nurminen Beach Volley Ltd does not have an insurance for the beach camp participants, the people travelling with the them or their family members. Jyrki Nurminen Beach Volley Ltd has no responsibility of the possible injuries, accidents, medical issues or any other damages during the camp.

All Beach Camp participants and people traveling with them are to arrange their own insurance cover as best suites them. We warmly recommend at least travel and accident insurance. We also recommend you to check whether your insurance covers sports injuries. When necessary you may consider expanding your insurance to cover sports injuries.
